About Chemical Free Body Care
Plain, practical guides to natural body care from the family behind Lucky Lady Ranch.

Chemical Free Body Care is a small guide site about caring for your skin from the neck down with simple, honest products. It covers the everyday things: moisturizing, deodorant, rough hands and heels, lips, bath soaks, sun and bugs, and how to read the labels on all of them.
It is written by the family behind Lucky Lady Ranch. On our ranch we handcraft body care in small batches: cold process soaps, shea and beeswax balms, body and massage oils, lip balm, aluminum free deodorant, bath soaks and mineral sunblock. Making these products by hand, batch after batch, has taught us a great deal about how oils, butters, waxes and clays actually behave on skin, in hot weather, in a steamy bathroom and after a long day of outdoor work. This site is where we share that practical knowledge.
What chemical free means here
We want to be straightforward about the name. Everything is made of chemicals, including water, shea butter and the lye that turns oils into soap. When we say chemical free body care, we mean body care made without harsh synthetic additives: no undisclosed fragrance blends, no strong detergents, no petroleum fillers and no preservatives with well known allergy concerns. We favor short ingredient lists you can read and understand.
We also try to be fair. Many conventional ingredients are considered safe by regulators at the levels used, and natural ingredients can still irritate some people. Our aim is not to frighten anyone. It is to help you make calm, informed choices that suit your own skin.
How we write
Our guides are practical first: routines, checklists and comparisons you can use today. We do not make medical claims. The information here is general cosmetic guidance, not medical advice, and we encourage you to see a doctor or dermatologist about any skin condition or reaction that does not settle.
